The Hospital Information System (HIS) is a key digital platform facilitating communication and information sharing. Despite its potential, full utilization of HIS remains limited. This study explores factors influencing adoption in Croatia, focusing on expected performance, effort, social influence, system support. Data from survey conducted at General Bjelova was analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Results show that performance effort significantly enhance the intention to use HIS. Social influence colleagues positively impacts intention, while administrative processes negatively affect it, fostering resistance among users. Intention correlates with intensity daily operations but affects occasional usage. These findings provide insights into optimizing implementation enhancing user engagement, offering practical recommendations for healthcare administrators policymakers.

This study identifies critical success factors contributing to the digital transformation of SMEs. Despite their crucial role in economy, limited research explores how they navigate digitalization challenges. addresses this gap by proposing DASAT framework with four cyclically interrelated elements: Digital Awareness, Strategy and Roadmap, Adoption Implementation, Transformation Continuous Improvement. Using a Total Interpretive Structural Modeling (TISM) approach, we construct hierarchical model analyzing interconnections among key factors. The findings align dynamic capability theory, emphasizing literacy, inclusion, organizational flexibility for SMEs’ successful transformation. contributes theoretically extending literature structured capability-building framework. It provides practical roadmap SMEs strengthen competitive advantage an increasingly business environment.

E-learning has the potential to revolutionize higher education institutes (HEIs), yet its adoption faces significant barriers. This study aims identify and analyze interdependent relationships among these barriers within HEIs. research classifies e-learning into different levels through an interpretive structural modelling (ISM-MICMAC) prioritize explore their contextual relationships. The findings reveal that financial constraints are primary barriers, followed by limited technological infrastructure, inadequate policy institutional support, technical support challenges. While acknowledges limitations, such as overlooked possible biases in expert opinions, it offers actionable insights for policymakers managers address By providing strategies overcoming this supports effective seamless integration of systems HEIs, establishing a strong foundation future advancements.
