Assessing Leadership Styles' Influence on Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Service-Oriented Companies

This
study
investigates
the
influence
of
various
leadership
styles
on
organizational
performance
at
Company
XYZ,
a
service-based
company.
The
importance
this
research
lies
in

as

factor
enhancing

qualitative
approaches

design,
data
were
collected
through
in-depth
interviews
with
15
managers
employees,
participant
observation
over
three
months,

analysis.

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
explore
the
implementation
of
operational
excellence
(OpEx)
within
Moroccan
automotive
industry,
focusing
on
its
perception,
adoption
and
integration
into
organizational
structures.
Design/methodology/approach
research
uses
a
qualitative,
exploratory
design,
using
semi-structured
interviews
with
eight
key
experts
from
various
ecosystems
industry.
A
purposive
expert
sampling
method
was
used
select
participants

experience
in
OpEx,
ensuring
deep,
context-specific
understanding
implementation.
Findings
reveals
that
firms
adopt
OpEx
practices
phased,
structured
manner,
beginning
foundational
methodologies
such
as
Lean
manufacturing,
5S
Kaizen,

progressing
advanced
tools
like
Six
Sigma.
The

by
dedicated
teams

production
departments,
some
establishing
specialized

been
