Background: Public libraries must be able to provide services that can support quality in order increase interest visiting libraries. Purpose: This study describes how the performance and of librarians on circulation at Regional Library Archives Service Jambi Province. Background: The library is a supporting tool in increasing students' interest learning. Purpose: This study describes the influence of and implementation school literacy movement at SDN Gangsa on learning, which consists habituation, development learning obstacles State Elementary School. In the pursuit of digital transformation, college libraries have increasingly embraced promotion reading as a critical initiative. While numerous studies delved into strategies employed by in their transformation endeavors, there remains lack research elucidating direct influence on reader service satisfaction within these institutions. Drawing upon quality model, this paper aims to address gap examining multifaceted libraries. By various dimensions services, study employs fsQCA approach uncover specific combinations that contribute heightened levels satisfaction. The results reveal three distinct configurations can explain high level relationships, not only provides contribution regarding evolving role but also practical insights for aspiring realize promoting reading.

This study explores the effectiveness of reading corners in enhancing literacy among early childhood learners at Thiflah Early Childhood Education (ECE) Aceh Besar, Indonesia. Employing a phenomenological research design with qualitative methods, this aims to understand subjective experiences educators and about enhancement strategies. The incorporated observations, interviews, documentation, focus on role corner fostering literacy. Results indicated significant improvements children’s engagement comprehension reading, writing, arithmetic, attributed interactive play-oriented learning environment. However, challenges such as insufficient resources reliance student teachers limited experience were identified. findings suggest that approach, aligning Indonesia's National Literacy Movement, can be viable model for various educational settings. recommends further into diverse ECE contexts emphasizes need resource teaching methodology improvements.
