Data analytics has become a crucial tool for businesses, allowing them to uncover valuable insights from large datasets and enhance their operational efficiency. For Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which are the foundation of many economies, effective supply chain management is essential staying competitive sustainable. This study investigated utilization data in decision-making among SMEs manufacturing, agribusiness, retail wholesale trade Lusaka, Zambia. Employing quantitative research approach, this collected analyzed representative sample 220 Lusaka. The findings revealed that several intertwined factors contribute significantly lack big use Lusaka with acknowledging gaps expertise uneven distribution skills. Purpose The study aims to investigate how enterprise information systems strategies-enabled strategy-making (ISS-SM) influences organizational agility (OA) via the mediated role of IT-enabled dynamic capabilities (ITDC) under environmental dynamism (ED). also investigates natural country moderation associated with business context countries where respondents are located might influence these relationships. Design/methodology/approach ISS-SM OA ITDC ED. that Findings results demonstrate gain independent ED level. Indian and Brazilian firms show no different effects in relationship research model. Digital transformation (DT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are increasingly becoming a top agenda for organizations. The impact of personalized marketing strategies on consumer privacy and information security evolved in the sales industry era big data has increasingly become an issue that cannot be ignored development process enterprises industry. In this study, the authors discuss whether innovation characteristics of mobile payment (m-payment) explain user attitudes and intentions in a psychologically conflictual context regarding locus control use decisions. The present development an instrument that fully integrates diffusion theory with technology acceptance model analyze data collected it from Brazilian m-payment users during COVID-19 pandemic. With path analysis, found factors perceived observability relative advantage respectively toward m-payment. None other had explanatory power. Moreover, two expected relationships voluntary settings for formation were not supported, leading to conclude decisions was ambiguous user. findings contribute research on diffusion, acceptance, consumer studies, usage patterns, behavioral change, debate about voluntariness or mandatoriness use.
