Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của đổi mới sáng tạo dịch vụ bao gồm sáng tạo hỗ trợ và tương tác đối với sự hài lòng và ý định mua lại khách hàng thế hệ Z. Mô hình phương trình cấu trúc (SEM) đề xuất phân tích bằng phần mềm SmartPLS dựa trên dữ liệu từ mẫu 1195 phiếu trả lời. Kết quả nghiên đã làm rõ một cách toàn diện đến sẽ cung cấp những hàm quản trị quan trọng cho các doanh nghiệp trong việc thiết kế triển khai kiến phù hợp nhu cầu đặc điểm từng nhóm Z, tiêu dùng lai tại Việt Nam.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine how generative artificial intelligence adoption and perceived capacities influence sustainability‐oriented entrepreneurial intentions through psychological mechanisms, including desirability feasibility. Despite growing research interest in entrepreneurship, the role of technological enablers, particularly intelligence, shaping has been underexplored. To achieve this objective, an advanced approach—polynomial regression with response surface analysis—was employed test formulated hypotheses using data from 385 participants. The further shows that improve significantly when feasibility are aligned but remain unaffected by misalignment. Generative shown directly indirectly enhance feasibility, highlighting dual as a practical enabler motivator. These findings contribute extent literature indicating technologies foster entrepreneurship. Moreover, these provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, organizations demonstrating can be leveraged promote sustainable innovation By integrating into education policy frameworks, stakeholders better support development entrepreneurs advance global sustainability goals.

This study analyzes the entrepreneurial intention of Romanian engineering students. We had a sample 700 students (mean age = 23.14; SD 2.92; 378 males and 322 females) who belonged to three technical universities completed an online survey between October December 2023. research extends theory planned behavior (TPB) explore factors influencing students’ intentions. In addition base TPB components, such as attitude, normative perceived behavioral control factors, we considered curiosity well-being. Three structural equation models were used, one after other, through method partial least squares (PLS-EM). The results show that have positive impact on intention, whereas subjectivenorms, surprisingly, negative it. Psychological well-being expressed autonomy is not associated with in our article contributes better understanding

Digital entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in addressing economic challenges by fostering innovation, creating job opportunities, and enhancing competitiveness across various sectors. It empowers individuals, particularly youth, to leverage technology for business creation growth. Moreover, it helps bridge gaps access markets resources, enabling entrepreneurs reach wider audiences tap into global supply chains. This study investigates the factors influencing students' intentions engage digital within Algerian context. Using convenience sampling method, 118 valid responses were collected. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitudes, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, innovativeness significantly influence intentions. These results underscore importance these promoting among suggesting perceptions self-confidence could encourage greater engagement activities.
