ABSTRACT In today's fast‐paced digital era, in organizations various human dimensions of leadership (DLP) capabilities drive transformations to ensure sustainable performance at a frenetic pace. This study focuses on empirically testing DLP capabilities, such as literacy (DL), positive attitudes (PAs) and knowledge sharing (KS) impact employee (EP) while assessing the mediation effect managerial (MCs). collected utilized sample 279 from Bangladesh who possess skills related technology management. After data collection, we performed analysis by using SPSS 23 AMOS 24 evaluate outcomes based structural model social exchange theory (SET) resource‐based view (RBV) theory. The findings specify that DL PAs did not directly significantly support EP; however, KS supports EP. Additionally, MCs partially mediate between EP, whereas fully among DL, PA Results demonstrate human‐dimensional are vital for enhancing investigates dimension EP developing. It contributes existing leaders’ influence, organizational resources sustainability.

The rapid advancement of Big Data and artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed management accounting practices, necessitating a reevaluation job profiles skill-sets required for professionals in this field. Purpose This study examined the relationship between levels of digital literacy and online learning motivation (OLM) teacher trainees across various factors. Design/methodology/approach investigation utilized a quantitative research approach. The sample was selected through purposive method consisted 485 from School Education at Bangladesh Open University (BOU). Participants' OLM were assessed using validated five-point Likert scale questionnaires, consisting 17 items for six OLM. collection data conducted via cross-sectional survey. Descriptive analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory factor t -test ANOVA employed purpose analysis. Findings findings demonstrated that possessed sufficient concerning specified variables. Furthermore, there significant correlation BOU can evaluate all these to make rational decision regarding development its education programs. Originality/value has yielded insights into demographic characteristics, computer internet skills, virtual skills trainees, thereby enhancing existing body knowledge in this field.

Bu çalışma, İİBF öğrencilerinin girişimcilik yönelimi ve dijital okuryazarlık durumlarının niyeti üzerinde bir etkisi olup olmadığını ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. kapsamda devlet üniversitesi bünyesindeki İktisat, İşletme, Maliye, Siyaset Bilimi Kamu Yönetimi, Uluslararası İlişkiler Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri bölümlerinde öğrenim görmekte olan 956 adet lisans öğrencisinden veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda dersi almış öğrencilerin yönelimi, düzeylerinin almamış öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın diğer sonucuna okuryazarlığın birlikte pozitif anlamlı etkiye sahip gözlemlenmiştir.
