This study aims to explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in food manufacturing by optimizing production, reducing waste, and enhancing sustainability. review follows a literature approach, synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 2024. A structured methodology was employed, including database searches inclusion/exclusion criteria assess AI applications manufacturing. Financial and administrative management models are crucial to the success of digital ventures, providing practices that optimize resource support strategic decision-making in dynamic environments. This study presents an original systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 354 articles extracted from Scopus Web Science databases. Bibliometric techniques, including VOSViewer 1.6.19 version R-Bibliometrix software 4.3.3 version, were used identify key research themes, emerging trends, future directions field. A notable 114.29% increase academic output 2019 2024 underscores growing importance these models. The analysis reveals a focus on financial tools (e.g., Valuation, Discounted Cash Flow models) RocaSalvatella, INCIPY), while also exploring challenges opportunities present interaction between external variables (resource management, operational efficiency, adaptability, planning, technological innovation) internal (market conditions, government regulations, economic trends) is discussed. highlights integration agile methodologies, such as Lean Startup, emphasis resilience, organizational agility, impact transformation business theoretical contribution this lies offering comprehensive framework synthesizes existing models, gaps, emphasizes need for studies innovation, agility.
