Trueperella pyogenes is a prevalent opportunistic pathogen responsible for wide range of infections in livestock and wildlife, such as cattle, pigs, European bison forest musk deer. The swift rise bacterial resistance has highlighted urgent need developing new therapeutic strategies. Abstract Background: Hypoxia and lactate metabolism products are critical components of the tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer (PC), influencing invasiveness, metastasis, treatment resistance. This study aims to explore role hypoxia- metabolism-related genes (HLRGs) predicting overall survival guiding for PC patients. Methods: Gene expression clinical data from patients were obtained TCGA, ICGC, GEO. Normal tissue sourced GTEx. Differential analysis was performed on merged TCGA-PAAD GTEx cohorts identify differentially expressed (DEGs). We an intersection between DEGs HLRGs MsigDB database associated with hypoxia PC. A prognostic model developed using random forests, Cox regression, LASSO cohort. The externally validated ICGC-PACA GSE85916 cohorts.
