It is of great significance to study the deep integration manufacturing technology and new-generation information communication under vibration interference machine tools improve intelligence level CNC tools. In this paper, a numerical control workshop affected by in discrete taken as research background, solution for digital operation simulation platform based on industrial internet proposed. By constructing environment process factory, generation transmission factory are simulated. The application architecture machining proposed, business analyzed. Then, key technologies NC tool modeling, synchronous mapping data model, integration, fusion studied. Through implementation workshop, top-down instructions can be issued accurately, bottom-up feedback confirmed time. Finally, system applied electronic ship verify effectiveness framework method proposed paper.
