It is of great significance to study the deep integration manufacturing technology and new-generation information communication under vibration interference machine tools improve intelligence level CNC tools. Abstract The traditional method of manufacturing propellant tanks for rockets and spaceships involves significant amounts forging, machining, making it expensive environmentally unfriendly. A novel approach that reduces the need machining friction stir welding processes has been presented in this paper. This a tank half starting from single metal plate, using innovative advanced forming such as hot stretch forming, magnetic pulse hub integrated stiffened cylinder (ISC) flow followed by orbital two halves. life cycle assessment (LCA) study was conducted accordance with ISO 14044:2006 standard ReCiPe 2016 Midpoint (H) to compare environmental impacts newly developed approaches tanks. results LCA showed new based on technologies reduced carbon footprint 40%, cumulative energy demand 35%, water 17%, materials waste 4% compared manufacturing. lower impact attributed decrease requirements due implementation techniques enable production. lowered overall consumption factor 1.5 turn resulted forging machining-based method. Furthermore, futuristic scenario in-house production minimal transportation inventories also simulated. Based results, seen more friendly than its could be further implementing transportation. is expected reduce lead time cost tank. Hence, future efforts optimization raw material usage are recommended.
