Vat photopolymerization (VPP) is a potentially promising method for the 3D printing of aluminum alloy parts with complex structures, smooth surface, high resolution, and irrelevance to type, etc. However, slurry consisting powders, photosensitive resins, dispersants exhibits low chemical stability rapid degradation, hindering application VPP into alloys. In this work, facile proposed enhance by introducing radical inhibitor mitigate polymerization reaction resins. The effect tert‐butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) on AA5052 investigated systematically. optimal slurry, containing 4 wt% TBHQ solid loading 55 vol%, no premature deterioration remained stable over 7 days. Complex tight bonding interlayers are successfully fabricated VPP. This work provides convenient improving can be extended other metal systems.
