The development and improvement of cementless concrete, including by use various types refuse, is especially important due to their economic environmental efficiency. Sulfur as a refuse the oil gas industry can act production binder new environmentally friendly building material - sulfur concrete (SC). purpose study was improve effective designs SC containing from stone processing industries, analyze rheological physical mechanical appearances. This study investigated electric arc furnace oxidizing slag (EOS) and reducing (ERS), byproducts of the steelmaking industry, as partial replacements for ordinary Portland cement (OPC) in a CO2 curing environment. Carbonation depth, compressive strength, mercury intrusion porosimetry, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, microhardness analyses were performed, sequestered total content was quantified on pastes containing 30 % EOS (EOS-P) ERS (ERS-P). EOS-P ERS-P more deeply carbonated than OPC paste (OPC-P). enhanced strengths ERS-P, its effect pronounced ERS-P. cured with 6 days showed 2.38- 1.20-times higher strength normally OPC-P, respectively. The carbonation associated inherent minerals (γ-C2S merwinite) raw ERS. 35.5 g per 50 mm cubic specimen, which 1.16 1.14 times development under condition owing to formation CaCO3 by carbonation.

Nowadays, special concrete-like self-compacting concrete (SCC) requires sustainability by introducing recycled aggregates as a partial replacement for natural aggregate.
