The effects of solid-solution and ageing treatments on the microstructure mechanical properties a GH4169 alloy made by wire arc additive manufacturing, micro-casting, forging were researched. microstructure, along with size type precipitated phase, analysed using an optical microscope, scanning electron transmission microscope. strength toughness tested tensile testing machine. results show that polygonal austenite was obtained for prepared through forging, followed double-ageing at different times. There few twins in matrix. A large number nano-sized γ″- γ′-precipitated phases small Laves MX found yield increased first then decreased time. After 16 h, maximum 1287 ± 22 MPa, 1447 19 elongation about 19.5%. main mechanism is phase strength. fracture exhibited obvious ductile characteristics.

Abstract The molecular dynamics method was employed to simulate the friction process at multiphase uniformly distributed γ / ′ phase interface of a nickel-based single crystal alloy. results show that presence coherent significantly affects force fluctuations, abrasion mark morphology, atomic displacement, and material resilience. coefficient varies with number interfaces is closely related depth wear. Atomic displacements strains are affected by lattice interfaces, which affect propagation strains. As increases, elasticity while decreases. also dislocation density dislocations due mismatch. Adequate control therefore essential optimize wear characteristics.
