A high-low heterojunction composite, oxygen vacancies BiOBr induced Bi precipitation Bi@OV-BiOBr/Cu3P with Bi-O-P chemical bond, was synthesized using a solvothermal method. Compared to single substance, the carrier lifetime and separation rate of were significantly improved. According theoretical calculations experimental results, Cu3P can be considered as hole extractor accelerate photogenerated carriers. The successful construction metal not only activate water molecules reduce dissociation energy barrier water, but also separate retain highly reductive electrons. low valent play crucial role in dual-channel charge transfer. exhibits highest hydrogen evolution up 723.85 μmol·cm−2·h−1. It displays excellent photoelectrocatalytic production stability. boosting activity stability are attributed heterojunctions transfer mechanism.
