Disruptive environments, characterised by frequent contingencies, significantly challenge supply chain operations, particularly assembly chains with complex structures and decentralised decision-making. Failure to promptly reconfigure during disruptions may ripple adverse effects through the network, causing substantial losses. Consequently, dynamic reconfiguration of under contingencies warrants attention. However, existing research on this topic is limited, necessitating further exploration utilising emerging technologies. Isolated information systems, such as MES ERP, are widely deployed across firms increasingly integrated into industry-level Industrial Internet Platforms (IIPs) enhance sharing utilisation. Nevertheless, limited explores integration real-time IIP data mechanisms for resilient, flexible, reconfiguration. Thus, paper proposes an IIP-driven synchronised (SyncRSC) solution inspired concepts synchronisation reconfigurable chains. SyncRSC employs architecture support, a three-state mechanism qualitative method, improved graph neural networks alongside augmented lagrangian coordination quantitative methods. A case study air-conditioning verifies superiority proposed methods analyzes SyncRSC's performance different disruption levels.

Purpose The rapid expansion of e-commerce platforms has made collaborative logistics networks essential. This study tackles the intricate challenge optimizing pickup and delivery activities in constrained areas, striving to meet ever-increasing demands while maintaining tight control over distribution costs. Design/methodology/approach develops a vehicle routing problem with simultaneous time windows (VRPSPDTW) model validates it using simulated annealing (SA) hybrid algorithm combining tabu search (SA-TS). Random requests are generated following uniform evaluate model’s performance. Findings research VRPSPDTW SA SA-TS algorithms, demonstrating their superior flexibility comprehensiveness compared traditional methods. findings demonstrate effectiveness managing dynamic demands, first-mile last-mile coordination, improving efficiency logistics. Research limitations/implications To validate model, this employed simplified demand patterns distribution. Future could integrate broader range constraints test scalability across various scenarios enhance practical applicability. Practical implications proposed optimizes routes centers, enhancing network reducing operational costs efficiency, significant value. Originality/value provides an innovative solution for networks. Industry 4.0 has revolutionised supply chain processes, providing companies with strategic advantages through advanced technologies such as cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, IoT, AI, and big data. This transformation aligns the pursuit of high-level performance, achieved cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end connectivity, real-time asset tracking, increased decision transparency. However, quantifiable extent its influence remained an open question, particularly in context integration visibility. To address this gap, our research employs empirical study, revealing that indirectly enhances performance by improving connectivity within between organisations, well enhancing information visibility uncovers a novel sequential mediation visibility, offering valuable insights for scholars industry practitioners alike.
