In the process of diagnosing inter-turn short circuit fault joint permanent magnet synchronous motor an industrial robot, due to small and sparse sample data, it is easy misdiagnose, difficult quickly accurately evaluate degree, lock location, track causes. A multi-task causal knowledge diagnosis method for circuits motors based on meta-learning proposed. Firstly, variation parameters under motor’s thoroughly investigated, characteristic quantity selected. Comprehensive simulations are conducted using Simulink, Simplorer, Maxwell generate data different states; meanwhile, labeled. Secondly, introduced into learning network training, degree position between turns realized. Finally, Neo4j database causality constructed. Experiments show that this can diagnose cause with voltage unbalanced degrees. The accuracy 99.75 ± 0.25%, location 99.45 0.21%.
