The adaptation of cutting tools is the key link in machining. Although a large amount work has been done to achieve tool selection for single feature, there relatively little research on scheme multi-feature parts. Considering factors matching, efficiency, cost, and environment, comprehensive optimization method part proposed this work. First, critical complex feature defined, combination with features generate an efficient strategy. Then, model parts constructed which each machining mapped game player space, set available strategies. In addition, classical evolutionary algorithm improved adapt model, according difference number type different Finally, square test piece taken as case verify method. result shows that presented can efficiently obtain customer-preferred part.
