A polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) film is a device that can transition from opaque to transparent when electrically charged. In the context of architecture and construction industries implementing environmentally friendly sustainable solutions, smart glass is also designed using materials operations, contributing to environmental protection efforts. The task of designing and developing a cyber-physical system "Smart City" is currently relevant for Ukraine. This study devoted to the development method subsystem monitoring atmospheric air quality in City". article develops quality, which forms basis effective allows making informed decisions on warning residents about danger with recommendations protecting their health. developed “Smart City” collects data from installed sensors humidity, temperature, dust content air, radiation background, pollution level by nitrogen oxides, sulfur, carbon compounds, greenhouse gases CO, CO2, NH3, NO, PM2. 5, PM10, real-time transmission collected processing server, analysis received using various analytical methods, visualization results form city map n districts displaying all parameters. user can select parameters interest mobile application system.
