This study explores the integration of recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic (PL) pellets into concrete mixtures, to evaluate their impact on compressive strength, workability, and weight reduction. Concrete samples were prepared by replacing conventional aggregates with PL at varying percentages (1%, 3%, 5%) weight. The primary objective was determine optimal content that enhanced properties concrete. experimental results demonstrated incorporating 3% PP-PL led an 11.3% increase in strength compared reference mix (0% PL). Furthermore, maintained a slump value comparable mix, indicating this level inclusion did not negatively affect workability. However, increasing beyond resulted significant reduction suggesting excessive may limit practical applications. also contributed decrease overall concrete, showcasing potential for producing lightweight, high-performance These findings highlight feasibility utilizing production as sustainable strategy enhance material while addressing growing issue waste. identified dosage achieving best balance between research contributes development more construction materials offering insights role improving performance. Future could focus evaluating long-term durability, microstructural behavior, environmental PL-modified better understand its broader application eco-friendly infrastructure, ensuring it meets demands cost-effective practices. In addition, study’s pave way future investigations optimizing other types use
