Abstract.
Knee
Osteoarthritis
(OA)
is
a
chronic
musculoskeletal
disorder,

worldwide’s
major
cause
of
pain
and
disability.
This
disease
does
not
only
have
an
impact
on
physical,
but
affects
other
aspects
such
as
mental,
emotional,
social,
so
that
it
can
ultimately
reduce
quality
life

Knee
osteoarthritis
(KOA)
is
a
prevalent
and
chronic
condition
characterized
by
swelling,
pain,
limited

of
motion

Butyrate
plays
a
crucial
role

osteoarthritis
(OA)
development.

relationship
between
butyrate
metabolism-related
genes
(BMRGs)
and
OA
remains
unclear.

BMRGs
using
OA-related
datasets
(GSE55235,
GSE12021
