In the literature, some properties of alternative fuels, such as low volumetric density (e.g. for hydrogen) and heating value methanol, ammonia etc.) have been mentioned a “disadvantage”. This study investigates the thermophysical properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanofluids dispersed in a water–ethylene glycol (50:50%) mixture. The were prepared using two-step method involving ultrasonication and high-pressure homogenization. stability was assessed UV-Vis spectrophotometry over period 30 days. results indicated maximum decrease 10% relative concentration, with no visible agglomeration or sedimentation. Thermal conductivity, viscosity, density experimentally measured at different temperatures volumetric concentrations (0.025%, 0.05%, 0.1%). thermal conductivity increased both concentration temperature, showing an enhancement up to 50 °C for 0.1% vol.
