Previous

study
aims
review

emission
ASEAN
banking
sector.
We
analyzed
data
from
146
banks
throughout
2018
2022,
comprising
719
observation.
Sample
selection
employed
purposive
sampling.
Statistical
analysis
was
conducted
using
Stata
MP
17
software,
with
fixed
effect
model
identified
as
appropriate
regression
through
Chow,
LM,
Hausman
tests.
Our
findings
reveal
influence
management,
specifically
disclosure,
assessed
both
Board
Directors
(BOD)
audit
committee
perspectives.
These
have
implications
for
investors
policymakers
which
support
countries
achieving
net
zero
pledge,
so
sustainability
goals
climate
change
can
achieved.
