This chapter explores the effects of dynamic capabilities on digital transformation and interaction between perceived customer centricity in Iran. In recent years, Iranian users have not had necessary access to foreign platforms various fields. Therefore, one private banks has presented a unique plan comprehensive platform called Pod Smart Land which integrates large number different fields such as banking finance, education, energy, health, tourism, games entertainment, logistics, agriculture. By using this platform, can meet their needs faster, easier, safer at lowest cost. Moreover, some products services that provided increase improve lead make more profits for organization.

Abstract This study is rooted in the necessity to gain a thorough comprehension of organizational capabilities essential for embedding dynamic (DC) according technology‐organization‐environment (TOE) within landscape digital transformation (DT). We have observed surge recent research focused on DC context DT, however, there still ample room exploration address complex barriers, drivers, and routines associated with each capability, all crucial achieving successful DT. Our approach employs qualitative involving interviews 18 banking professionals based Indonesia. study's findings identified six DCs TOE framework that can be effectively employed facilitate DT including technology capability dimension, strategy, organizational, innovation environment perspective, factor consisting ecosystem governance‐risk management‐ compliance (GRC). Delving into these capabilities, we explored linked each. Additionally, our has facilitated alignment benefits expected performance outcomes, thus empowering companies prioritize initiatives their objectives. Abstract Data connectivity is driving a shift in corporate business models toward social responsibility and stakeholder orientation, but existing research has focused on the significant increase value from model platformization failed to answer question of “what kind creates high what contexts.” Business features are decomposed into three‐dimensional components technology, architecture, capability, external environment which segmented terms demand evolution peer competition. This paper develops technology–organization–environment (TOE) configurational framework, adopts fuzzy‐set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), collects data 42 enterprises with platformization, analyzes combinations digital intelligence platform dynamic evolution, competition constitute configuration.
