Abstract Just over a decade ago, public tertiary institutions depended on the government for funding and received instructions running their day-to-day affairs from state. Recently, GIMPA institution deployed legal options to gain autonomy stabilize its financial performance service delivery. This article updates progress that has since been made in understanding reversal of stressful situation institute through lens existing framework. Further, paper examined an ambitious organizational structure dwelling robust framework redirect management policies, rules, regulations, functional decisions serving administration training consultancy. Abstract High costs, technical difficulties, and policy uncertainties are the main challenges in carbon capture technology investments. Therefore, innovative financial products required to develop projects that overcome these difficulties. Some issues must be considered when developing products. This study investigates how corruption impacts sustainability in African countries. Using public databases, the research draws on Development Bank’s indicators and World financial inclusion metrics. The findings reveal that as increases, particularly through use of digital services, perceptions decrease. However, economic growth paradoxically correlates with an increased perception due to rising consumption demands. concludes promoting literacy, along robust governance, is essential for combating fostering sustainable development.
