The air jet loom is an energy-intensive machine, it significantly reducing consumption of relay nozzles for saving energy compressor. This paper proposes a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-Attention regression model to predict the nozzle, enhancing accuracy and efficiency with Improved Football Team Training Algorithm (IFTTA). We initially presented architectural CNN-Attention predicting nozzles. Then, hyperparameters were automatically tuned using IFTTA algorithm that imitates collaboration in football team training. Finally, experimental validation was performed. IFTTA-CNN-Attention stands out lowest mean absolute error (MAE) 0.8686, root square (RMSE) 1.1027, highest determination coefficient (R2) 0.9941. An in-depth analysis predicted data reveals outlet diameter most sensitive factor affecting airflow rate, followed by inlet diameters cone angle nozzle. study's findings contribute optimizing design nozzles, resulting lower electricity usage environmental impact textile industry.

The textile industries, while important to employment and economic growth, also contribute environmental damage. However, adopting a 'closed loop' production supply chain model minimises risks. Moreover, circular framework in the sector will pace path towards sustainability. So, study explored sustainable practices manufacturing units Kerala based on priority selections made by manufacturers. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy procedure application data gathered from 300 sample five cities of revealed that though industries have consistent potentials, majority exhibit inconsistency their decisions follow models.
