El presente estudio realizó una revisión sistemática exploratoria con el objetivo de analizar cómo los sistemas información contribuyen a optimizar la gestión inversiones públicas, centrándose en las aplicaciones específicas, enfoques tecnológicos, factores institucionales, desafíos y oportunidades emergentes. Se utilizó metodología estructurada, siguiendo pautas claras planificación ejecución; estrategia búsqueda se aplicó base datos Scopus, inicialmente obteniendo 7511 documentos que posteriormente fueron filtrados según criterios específicos, quedando finalmente 24 artículos relevantes para análisis detallado. Los hallazgos mostraron estos mejoran significativamente eficiencia, transparencia rendición cuentas, especialmente mediante tecnologías como inteligencia artificial, blockchain big data. Sin embargo, existen importantes resistencia al cambio, costos elevados, falta interoperabilidad riesgos seguridad digital, dificultan su adopción homogénea. recomienda futuras investigaciones profundizar estrategias superar estas limitaciones e investigar más detalle interoperabilidad, capacitación del personal actualización normativa podrían fortalecer implementación efectiva plataformas digitales distintos contextos gubernamentales.

Purpose Artificial intelligence (AI) integration into public services addresses long-standing challenges of trust, transparency and citizen satisfaction, yet gaps remain in understanding its role fostering trust meeting expectations complex contexts. This study aims to examine how service accuracy, influence perceived value investigate the human−AI collaboration as a moderating mechanism. Design/methodology/approach Grounded theory (PVT), this research uses partial least squares structural equation modeling necessary condition analysis (NCA) analyze data collected from Indonesian citizens. Findings The results indicate that positively value, with accuracy strongest driver. Perceived significantly predicts satisfaction. Human−AI strengthens impact on but shows no significant effect relationship between value. NCA identifies critical prerequisites for achieving emphasizing their indispensable ensuring effective trustworthy delivery. Access to safe water and adequate sanitary services in South Africa’s peri-urban areas remains a major challenge, despite being recognized as basic human right that is essential for people’s dignity, health well-being. Efforts address this deficiency are often undermined by the rapid growth of informal settlements inadequate waste management adverse effects climate change. This study provides informative insights into link between excessive alcohol abuse sanitation nature explores potential solutions based on case data. The used semi-structured interviews with 15 purposively selected key informants, including local leaders, WASH experts, policymakers, youth women representatives, staff, NGO members. A matrix questionnaire method was also applied evaluate alignment informants’ views broader community perspectives. Thereafter, information compiled analyzed using ATLAS.ti24 scoring.
