This
study
attempts
to
identify
and
explicate
the
unique
segmentation
of
increasingly
growing
virtual
reality
(VR)
user
market
based
on
experience.
Consequently,
it
collects
five
hundred
forty-five
online
survey
questionnaires
through
Prolific
platform
deploys
cluster
analysis
mutually
exclusive
groups
VR
users.
The
research
variable,
experience,
contains
16
indicators
explained
by
four
dimensions.
As
a
result,
this
is
able
unveil
three
markets
which
are
labeled
as
(1)
beginner,
(2)
aficionado,
(3)
utilitarian.

The
health
crisis
caused
by
the
COVID-19
pandemic
has
incurred
devastating
effects
on
world
economy,
especially
in
tourism
sector.
This
paper
analyses,
one
hand,
impact
of
efficiency
hospitality
industry

natural
areas

factors

Purpose:
Recent
literature
emphasizes
that
there
is
an
ambiguity
on
ecotourism
consumption
as
actual
environmentally
friendly
behaviors
deviate
from
the
intentions.

This
study
aims

identify
the
dimensions
of
memorable
tourist
experiences
(MTEs)
that
influence
intention
revisit
(IRev)
or
recommend
(IRec)
ecotourism
destinations
in
Indonesia.
