The aim of this work is to overcome the problem agglomeration and volumetric changes observed in reduced graphene oxide (rGO) polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites responsible for inferior capacitive performance. synergistic effect optimized rGO, PANI tellurium (Te) ternary nanocomposite was investigated electrochemical performances energy storage devices. For purpose, test performed at low molar 0.1M H2SO4concentration aqueous electrolyte a two-electrode cell assembly. studies showed that specific capacitance 564F g-1is attained rGO/PANI electrode whose performance an increase by adding different concentration Te. maximum 895 F g-1at 10 mV s-1was rGO/PANI/Te50(GPT50) with negligible charge transfer resistance, knee frequency ∼466.63 Hz, response time ∼17.39 s, high coulombic efficiency ∼92% power densities 41Whkg-1and 3679Wkg-1with cyclic stability ∼91% after 5000 GCCD cycles respectively. result material indicated combination Te rGO can be used enhance supercapacitor electrodes. Nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) is one of the nanostructures that has been focus researchers in field energy recent years as an electrode, conductive, stable, and cheap. In this research, for first time, we have synthesized it using a felt carbon substrate. The electrode (NiFe2O4/CF) was evaluated by CV, GCD, EIS three-electrode system KOH electrolyte. results showed specific capacity 490 F/g at current density 1 A/g stability 91.3 % after 5000 consecutive GCD cycles. Subsequent investigations were carried out two-electrode constructing Asymmetrical supercapacitor NiFe2O4/CF Active electrodes. analyses conducted potential window 1.5 V. power determined 39 Wh/kg 410 W/kg Also, use activated construction device improved so charges discharges, constructed 94.2 stability. Finally, examined application made to keep LED lamp on. We able on 71 s.
