Hydrogen energy has been proposed as a reliable and sustainable source of which could play an integral part in demand for foreseeable environmentally friendly energy. Biomass, fossil fuels, waste products, clean sources like solar wind power can all be employed producing hydrogen. This comprehensive review paper provides thorough overview various hydrogen storage technologies available today along with the benefits drawbacks each technology context capacity, efficiency, safety, cost. Since safety concerns are among major barriers to broad application H2 fuel source, special attention paid implications techniques. In addition, this highlights key challenges opportunities facing development commercialization technologies, including need improved materials, enhanced system integration, increased awareness, acceptance. Finally, recommendations future research development, particular focus on advancing these towards commercial viability.
