The increasing depletion of non-renewable energy sources and the growing demand for rechargeable storage devices like pacemakers, consumer electronics, biomedical high-performance materials in technologies. Herein we report development zinc titanate (ZTO)-based supercapacitor electrode material via a strategy incorporating carbon nanofibers (CNF) as scaffold composite enhanced performance. In current work, electrochemical performance different ratios ZTO/CNF-[1:1, 1:2 & 2:1] composites supercapacitors was examined. Among them, ZTO@CNF-1:1 has outsmarted other prepared with high specific capacity 199 mAhg −1 at 1Ag . fabricated asymmetric device (ZTO@CNF-1:1//AC), delivered capacitance 92.8 Fg 1 Ag , density 18.56 Wh kg power 599.9 W also performed an outstanding coulombic efficiency 100% retention 110% after 10,000 cycles. This study provides insight into potential ZTO-based energy-storage applications durability.
