For the first time, dimethyl carbonate was applied as sole organic solvent, both an eluent in solid-phase extraction (SPE) and for simultaneous determination of theobromine caffeine tea extracts using reversed-phase ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (RP-UHPLC). The proposed procedure has been validated complies with requirements green analytical chemistry (GAC). Solid-phase used to purify samples, achieving high recovery rates (97–101%) precision (RSD < 2%). method showed satisfactory sensitivity (achieving limit quantitation values 0.2 ng 0.35 caffeine), although it poorer compared developed conventional HPLC methanol, where reached 0.045 0.05 ng, respectively. low toxicity minimal solvent consumption DMC contributed a much more beneficial environmental profile method, confirmed by AGREEprep, AGREE, ChlorTox evaluations. In addition, RGB tool highlighted higher performance while not compromising quality or economic practicality. robustness benefits make this viable alternative routine ingredients, supporting sustainable practices.

This study aims to evaluate the ultrasound-assisted synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) based on an aqueous extract Ruta graveolens L. reduce Ag+ Ag0.
