For the first time, dimethyl carbonate was applied as sole organic solvent, both an eluent in solid-phase extraction (SPE) and for simultaneous determination of theobromine caffeine tea extracts using reversed-phase ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (RP-UHPLC). The proposed procedure has been validated complies with requirements green analytical chemistry (GAC). This study aims to evaluate the ultrasound-assisted synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) based on an aqueous extract Ruta graveolens L. reduce Ag+ Ag0.
