Optical tweezers utilize the forces exerted by focused laser beams to trap particles. In optofluidic force induction (OF2i), a weakly beam particles in transverse directions and push them propagation direction, which can be utilized for optical nanoparticle characterization with single-particle sensitivity. Here, we present unified approach simulation of nanoparticles propagating presence fluidic forces, used both OF2i simulations. We demonstrate working principle at number selected examples provide software as an add-on our generic Maxwell solver NANOBEM that is based on boundary element method approach.

Feibelman parameters provide a convenient means to account for quantum surface effects in classical Maxwell descriptions. Recent work has shown that incoming fields with spatial variations the nanometer range, instance those produced by emitters vicinity of metallic nanoparticles, nonlocality directions parallel interface must be considered. Here we develop methodology mesoscopic boundary conditions incorporating nonlocal parameters, and show how implement them computational solver based on element method. We compare our results Mie solutions single coupled spheres, find very good agreement throughout.
