This research offers a novel approach that extends the application of importance-performance map analysis (IPMA) in partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) by incorporating findings from necessary condition (NCA). The IPMA comprises assessing latent variables and their indicators' importance performance, while an NCA introduces additional dimension identifying factors are crucial for achieving desired outcomes. An employs necessity logic to identify must-have required outcome, PLS-SEM follows additive sufficiency should-have contribute high performance levels. Integrating these two logics into is particularly valuable prioritizing actions could improve target outcomes, such as customer satisfaction employee commitment. Although combined use recent suggestion, this study first combine them with (i.e., IPMA; cIPMA). A case illustrates undertake cIPMA. innovative enhances researchers' practitioners' decision making, enabling prioritize efforts effectively.

Purpose The advent of artificial intelligence technologies, exemplified by platforms such as ChatGPT, has created a profound global impact, with particular resonance in education. This research aims to integrate the information systems success (ISS) model stimulus-organism-response (SOR) paradigm explore how quality and service individually, jointly, congruently, incongruently affect higher education students’ trust satisfaction, continuance usage intention. Design/methodology/approach We employed sophisticated methodology - polynomial regression response surface analysis conducted our study sample 468 students selected Vietnam using three-phase stratified random sampling approach evaluate hypotheses developed. Findings findings indicate that both influence directly positively Moreover, balance between can increase level intention continue it. Nevertheless, significant incongruity will likely reduce service. Originality/value is one first offer shred empirical evidence about interact congruently each other trigger ChatGPT. It thus offers valuable insights for leveraging benefits mitigating potential challenges associated adopting this innovative technology educational settings.

The COVID-19 epidemic has had a profound impact on tourism in Thailand and worldwide. As one of the top-ranked global tourist destinations, experienced significant effects its economy well-being inhabitants. objective this study is to investigate variations tourists' behavior during after using Health Belief Model Travel planned theories. Invariance analysis was tested across groups. revealed that attitude, perceived susceptibility, benefits, government support, control most positive travel intentions 2019 coronavirus epidemic. In contrast, barriers, severity, health motivation negative influences. Concerning behavioral intention outbreak, all factors were significantly associated positively. influential motivation, control, respectively. Furthermore, models both groups different. Therefore, provides valuable insights for policymakers develop strategies stimulate sustainable future.

The severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on tourism industry has revived academic interest in evaluating strategic role trust crises. As a force able to mitigate uncertainty and vulnerability, can influence people's travel decision-making process. Extant crisis literature concentrates individual levels isolation, neglecting its multi-faceted nature. Therefore, research gap emerges identifying layers that most effectively enhance intention travel. In order address this gap, study adopts multi-layered perspective rooted protection motivation theory (PMT). This aims analyze effectiveness multi-layer as coping mechanism cruise industry. uses survey data from 661 cruisers applies structural equation modeling test hypotheses empirically. Results highlight company interpersonal are effective antecedents travel, mitigating perceived health risk. Conversely, vaccine certification show no significant times crisis, lines should leverage tools counterbalance risks stimulate intentions.

Tourism is the primary source of income for many countries, particularly developing ones. However, due to impact 2019 Coronavirus epidemic, tourism sector has been significantly affected. This study aims identify factors that influence motivation and travel frequency. Two scenarios were compared: during COVID-19 post-COVID-19. The questionnaire was developed based on Health Belief model. data collection process involved distributing a comprehensive throughout Thailand, with aim achieving fair balanced representation respondents from six distinct regions: northern, central, eastern, western, north-eastern, southern. included total 2100 participants. Twenty hypotheses formulated analyze relationship between latent constructs. Factor analysis Structural Equation Modeling utilized questionnaires. results SEM found model consistent empirical data. pandemic had three supported hypotheses, namely H2d, H5d, H9d, which correlation perceived severity, self-efficacy, outcome expectations, respectively. In post-COVID-19 period, seven including H1p, H2p, H3p, H4p, H5p, H9p, H10p, intention susceptibility, benefits, barriers, support H10p indicated stimulated could lead behavioral changes increase people’s proposes policy recommendations public relations guidelines encourage more frequent travel.
