ABSTRACT
The

culture

Bengal,

Abstract
Although
health
information
systems
(HIS)
play
an
important
role
in
elevating
standards,
a
comprehensive
understanding
of
how
to
effectively
implement
HIS
rural
areas
is
lacking.
This
issue

While
most
research
on
citizenship
behaviour
focuses
conventional
formal
organizational
contexts,
few
studies
examine
its
role
in
destination
organizations,

community-based
tourism
(CBT).

the
effects

community
(CCB),
technological
optimism,
and
creative
self-efficacy
(CSE)
residents'
support

Khon
Kaen
Province,
Thailand.

a
two-step
structural
equation
modelling
approach,

residents

CBT

analysed.

CSE
partially
mediates
relationship
between
CCB
tourism,

optimism
positively
moderates
CCB-CSE

Abstract
Despite
the
potential
benefits
for
drivers
at
base
of
pyramid
(BoP)
IT‐driven
ridesharing
businesses,
are
susceptible
to
uncertainty
owing
their
low
education
and
incomes,
potentially
compelling
them
engage
less
in

time.
Although
this
important
sociotechnical
phenomenon
has
garnered
increasing
attention,
IS
studies
on
topic
scarce.

mechanisms

BoP
drivers'

trust
