Open wounds are prone to bacterial infiltration mostly resistant strains like methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), which affects healing of open wounds. Abstract Octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propanoate (ODHP) was extracted in a previous study from the culture broth of soil isolate Alcaligenes faecalis MT332429 and showed promising antimycotic activity. This aimed to formulate ODHP loaded β-cyclodextrins (CD) nanosponge (NS) hydrogel (HG) control skin fungal ailments since nanosponges augment retention tested agents skin. This study aims to develop efficient topical therapy for keratomycosis using sertaconazolenitrate (STZN)-loaded leciplex (LP). Excisional wounds are considered one of the most common physical injuries. This study aims to test effect a nanophytosomal formulation loaded with dried hydroalcoholic extract S. platensis on promoting excisional wound healing. The Spirulina (SPNP) containing 100 mg PC and 50 CH exhibited optimum physicochemical characteristics regarding particle size (598.40 ± 9.68 nm), zeta potential (-19.8 0.49 mV), entrapment efficiency (62.76 1.75%), Q6h (74.00 1.90%). It was selected prepare an HPMC gel (SPNP-gel). Through metabolomic profiling algal extract, thirteen compounds were identified. Acute lung injury (ALI) and its more serious form; acute respiratory distress syndrome are major causes of COVID-19 related mortality. Finding new therapeutic targets for ALI is thus great interest. This work aimed to prepare a biocompatible nanoformulation effective pulmonary delivery the herbal drug; tanshinone-IIA (TSIIA) management. A nanoemulsion (NE) formulation based on bioactive natural ingredients; rhamnolipid biosurfactant tea-tree oil, was developed using simple ultrasonication technique, optimized by varying oil concentration surfactant:oil ratio. The selected TSIIA-NE showed 105.7 nm diameter PDI ∼ 0.3. EE exceeded 98 % with biphasic sustained drug release good stability over 3-months. In-vivo efficacy evaluated in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced model. (30 µg/kg) administered once intratracheally 2 h after LPS instillation. Evaluation performed 7days post-treatment. Pulmonary function assessment, inflammatory, oxidative stress glycocalyx shedding markers analysis addition histopathological examination tissue were performed.
