Crataegus monogyna (C. monogyna) is a prominent plant used in Moroccan traditional medicine. This study investigated the phenolic composition and anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, anticancer activities of hydroethanolic extract C. leaves stems. Abstract Due to its diverse climatic conditions, Türkiye provides a suitable environment for the cultivation of many fruit species. This study focused on natural hawthorn ( Crataegus azarolus ), one these species, select 94 different genotypes collected from populations in and determine their molecular morphological characteristics. A significant variation was observed among terms analyzed traits. Hawthorn (Cratageus monogyna Jacq.), one of the important wild fruit species in Turkey, is an many countries due to its use traditional medicine, landscaping studies, and food beverage industry. In this study, morphological characterization revealed significant variation among genotypes, with weight ranging from 0.55 g 2.87 g, width 9.74 mm 18.39 mm, leaf 19.53 41.19 mm. Genotype-dependent variations were observed total phenolic content (151.34 mg–491.88 mg GAE 100 g−1 flesh), flavonoid (16.74–48.13 CAE anthocyanin (26.34–79.79 cyn-3 gluc antioxidant activity (29.20% 56.70%). HPLC-based profiling identified substantial key bioactive compounds, highest levels chlorogenic acid (16.16 fw), caffeic (10.21 epicatechin (13.83 rutin (74.05 protocatechuic (2.00 fw). Investigations into the phenolic constituents of butanolic fraction Crataegus monogyna were optimized using LC-ESI-MS/MS analysis, identifying and quantifying at least 23 fingerprint phytochemical compounds. Yemişen, diğer adı ile kırmızı alıç (Crataegus spp.) Rosaceae familyasına ait bir bitki olup Dünya’da ılıman iklime sahip Asya, Avrupa ve Kuzey Amerika’nın farklı bölgelerinde yetişmekte aynı zamanda Türkiye’nin de yayılım göstermektedir. Meyveleri beğenilerek tüketilmekle birlikte bitkinin yaprak sapları, fenolik asitler flavonoidler gibi antioksidan biyoaktif bileşenlerce oldukça zengindir. Bu çalışmada, bölgelerinden temin edilen iki yemişen türünün fitokimyasal özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Crataegus monogyna Jacq. Ve laevigata (Poir.) DC.
