Herbs and spices, with their wealth of bioactive compounds, are widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics. Among them, coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is particularly valued for its medicinal culinary properties. Growing consumer industrial interest natural products has led to the development modern, environmentally friendly extraction techniques designed improve yield quality extracts while reducing time, energy, solvent consumption. These processes make it possible obtain optimal quantities active thereby meeting growing demand plant-based products. After showing evidence coriander’s health benefits, this review summarizes research findings on impact some treatments pretreatments phytochemical composition. that, different aspects use conventional non-conventional constituents, mainly polyphenols crude essential oils (EO). these methods, microwave-assisted (MAE/MAHD) emerges as one most efficient offering higher yields, better-quality extracts, a significant reduction energy costs.

The impact of global warming on poultry production has gained significant attention over the years. However, our current knowledge and understanding mechanisms through which heat stress (HS) resulting from affects welfare, behavior, immune response, performance, even transgenerational effects in are still incomplete. Further research is needed to delve deeper into these gain a comprehensive understanding. Numerous studies have investigated various biomarkers poultry, aiming identify reliable markers that can accurately assess physiological status well-being birds. there amount variation inconsistency results reported across different studies. This highlights need for more standardized methods assays clearer factors influence poultry. review article specifically focuses 3 main aspects: 1) neuroendocrine behavioral responses HS, 2) HS 3) been studied By examining changes exhibited by under we aim insights elevated temperatures

Heat stress is a major environmental threat to poultry production systems, especially in tropical areas. The effects of heat have been discovered several areas, including reduced growth rate, egg production, low feed efficiency, impaired immunological responses, changes intestinal microflora, metabolic changes, and deterioration meat quality. Although methods used address the problem, it persists. answer this problem can be remedied sustainably if genetic improvement approaches are available. Therefore, purpose review article was present application different hope that users will find suitable solutions for their population able plan future breeding programs.

Abstract The impact of heat stress (HS) on production is intricately linked with feed intake. We investigated the effects HS intestines and diencephalic genes in Pekin ducks. One hundred sixty adult ducks were allocated to two treatment rooms. control room was maintained at 22°C 35°C for first 10 h day then reduced 29.5°C. After 3 weeks, hens 5 drakes euthanized from each jejunum ileum collected histology. Brains gene expression analysis using qRT‐PCR. Intestinal morphology data analyzed two‐way ANOVA Kruskal–Wallis test. There an increase villi width ( p = .0136) .0019) compared controls. showed a higher crypt depth (CD) .0198) goblet cells (GC) count .0169) hens. GC .07) density .0054) ileum, not jejunum, Further, there no differences proopiomelanocortin either sex but neuropeptide Y (NPY) .031) only decrease corticotropin releasing hormone .037) These show that are effect gut while upregulation NPY may suggest role mediating response chronic HS.

Several herbal plants have demonstrated remarkable efficacy in modulating the morphology of gut, leading to improved nutrients absorption, enhanced growth, and reduced susceptibility diseases. Aim this study was investigate effects different levels coriander seed powder (CSP; 0% as T1, 1.5% T2 3.5% T3) broiler chickens gut morphology. A total 180 one-day-old chicks were randomly allocated into 3 treatment groups 60 chick/group replicates. The trial designed according a completely randomized design for 45 days. histomorphology duodenum, jejunum ileum [villus height (VH), villus width, crypt depth (CD) depth; VH:CD ratio] investigated. result showed significant increase (P<0.01) two treatments (1.5% 3.5%) compared control all segments. Moreover, on ratio is observed between dietary use CSP had duodenum group. In conclusion, application at positive effect However, further research required understand precise mechanisms underlying medicine plant well what ideal percentage each will be added best performance.
