The engagement of senior citizens with urban nature has been shown to provide multiple health benefits and mitigate issues associated demographic aging. This review utilized the PRISMA methodology systematically analyze relationship between monitoring tools, seniors' behaviors in nature, influencing factors. main findings are as follows: (1) 4 types, including self-reports, on-site observations, sensors, third-party data, 24 sub-types measurement tools: ranging from questionnaires crowdsourced imagery services. Self-reports capture participants' awareness behaviors, observations record various types sensors collect indicators detect body's direct responses, data representative behavior large samples. (2) categories 45 behaviors: physical sports leisure recreational relaxation, passive social care based on their characteristics purposes. Abstract GPS technology and tracking study designs have gained popularity as a tool to go beyond the limitations of static exposure assessments based on subject's residence. These dynamic assessment methods offer high potential upside in terms accuracy but also disadvantages cost, sample sizes, types data generated.
