Abstract Parks are a crucial element of urban landscapes. Understanding the role built environment in terms park accessibility is vital for promoting travel equity and shaping public policies to improve access parks. This study employs geospatial artificial intelligence (GeoAI) approach examine impact on at both macro micro levels. We find that parks varies significantly across different modes, with walking being least equitable due its most clustered distribution pattern. While macro-level provides substantial explanatory power our GeoAI-based analysis offers more nuanced understanding streetscape qualities, by closely reflecting realistic human perception environment. These qualities - street network interconnectivity, safety, openness, spaciousness, greenery, distinctive signage correlate enhanced all thereby complementing factors. Ultimately, this suggests placing emphasis multimodal can enhance equity, thus providing relevant authorities policymakers cost-effective strategies improving accessibility.
