In the face of rapid urbanization and increasing environmental concerns, imperative achieving sustainable development has become a global priority. Singapore, pioneering advocate innovative urban planning governance, emerged as beacon sustainability livability through its strategic policies. This research employs big data analysis to evaluate extent which Singapore's policy goals have contributed enhanced livability. By curating analyzing datasets spanning development, quality, resource management, societal well-being, this study quantitatively assesses outcomes. The highlights both achievements challenges within framework. reveals an increase in population density, impacting allocation development. Moreover, rise methane emissions decreasing freshwater resources per capita present significant challenges. This study aims to identify the added value of smart city technologies in real estate development, one most significant factors that would transform traditional into ones. Information and communication technology is changing the manner in which urban policies are designed. Saudi Arabia bases its smart initiative on use of information technologies six dimensions, including economy, people, environment, living, mobility, governance to improve quality life sustainable environment. Abstract This article examines the process of urban digitalization through clean energy in Medan City as part effort to realize Smart City. The urgency this research lies increasing need for smart and sustainable city infrastructure, especially addressing air pollution public service efficiency. main problem identified is more awareness participation community supporting initiatives. methodology used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews data collection technique. Primary were obtained from government officials, renewable experts, information technology practitioners, while secondary official reports related literature. Data analysis was conducted triangulation techniques ensure validity reliability. testing involved cross-checking various sources validation by experts fields. results show that application Information Communication Technology (ICT) services has improved operational efficiency accessibility. use energy, such solar panels wind power generation, contributed reduction carbon emissions costs.
