examines
inequality
of
opportunity
(IOp)
in
university-to-work
transitions
(UTWT)
and
employment
outcomes

ABSTRACT
This
study
examines
the
interaction
among
proactive
career
behavior,
self‐directed
learning,

long‐term
sustainability

response
