Berberine (BBR) and silymarin (SM) are natural compounds extracted from plants known for their antioxidant chemoprotective effects on the liver. The present study aimed to investigate beneficial properties of BBR SM association with liver function using fish as “in vivo” models. Moreover, investigated hepatoprotective role after acetaminophen (APAP) exposure. For this purpose, (N = 360; 118.4 ± 11.09 g) were fed control or experimental diets 9 weeks. In diets, feed was supplemented either (1 g/kg feed), (100 200 mg/kg a combination (SM 1 + 100 and, respectively, feed). After feeding trial, seven each tank randomly selected exposed single APAP dose. serum biochemical markers, oxidative stress lysozyme activity used evaluate efficiency supplements carp’s health profile, particularly regarding hepatopancreas function.
