Ecological restoration through the use of submerged vegetation has been widely implemented both domestically and internationally, yielding significant results. The relationship between microbial communities become a key focus in current research. Despite this, regulation density post‐restoration remains topic debate, impact seasonal variations on requires further investigation. A comprehensive study was conducted different densities communities, water physicochemical properties, sediment nutrients, bacterial following semi‐constructed wetland ecological project. results indicated that around 50% led to highest dissolved oxygen (DO) content greater number unique operational taxonomic units. Furthermore, changes were found significantly influence α‐ β‐diversity. Redundancy analyses environmental factors explained variability α‐diversity, accounting for 74.63% variation. Particularly, CODCr identified as factor affecting while DO, pH, turbidity, total organic carbon had α‐diversity water. This advances our understanding importance its effects providing valuable insights management processes.
