This paper investigates the symmetrical layout effect in ultrasonic cleaning via acoustic solid coupling simulation, with emphasis on how arrangement of transducers influences sound pressure distribution. Two specific transducer methods are examined: uniform at bottom and along sides. The findings indicate that when tank length is an integer multiple one-quarter wavelength, side markedly enhances level within optimizes propagation reflection waves. In megasonic cleaning, focusing achieved through a 7 × array by precisely controlling phase, ensures By integrating 1 MHz sources from both focused unfocused configurations, overall distribution peak focal point calculated using multi-physics field simulations. A comparative analysis fields generated reveals source can produce significantly higher regions. Leveraging enhanced capability wave targeted areas while maintaining broad coverage improves efficiency.
