Innovative wastewater treatment is becoming increasingly critical in addressing global water scarcity and pollution challenges. This abstract explores synergistic approaches that integrate advanced technologies, resource recovery, collaborative frameworks to enhance efficiency sustainability. Advanced including anaerobic membrane bioreactors (AnMBRs) bioelectrochemical systems, are highlighted for their ability effectively remove contaminants while recovering valuable resources such as energy nutrients. These systems not only improve effluent quality but also reduce the environmental footprint of processes. Moreover, decentralized nature-based solutions, constructed wetlands, gaining traction cost-effectiveness ecological benefits. The integration recovery practices, represents a holistic strategy enhancing treatment, ensuring sustainable management, protecting public health environment.
