The electrochemical crystallization method for recovering phosphorus resources from industrial wastewater has gained widespread attention due to its high efficiency and low cost. However, the strong corrosiveness of can affect components system, decreasing performance. This study examines stability two-chamber (TCE) system service life while phosphate chemical polishing (CP) wastewater. An investigation removal rate power output through replacement system’s was performed. results indicated that TCE could effectively treat CP wastewater, achieving a up 99% aluminum ions with maximum 1.09 mW. decreased performance requiring component every 20 days. yield ferrous not primary limiting factor effects both electrochemistry self-corrosion, but excessive influenced solution pH. pH controlled Fe(II)/P molar ratio in step 1, which subsequently purity vivianite 2. closed circuit promoted an increase only recovers also generates electrical energy, offering new approach resource recovery aligning national sustainable development goals.
