Nowadays, reclaimed water is widely acknowledged as a convincing alternative to fresh resources, with it also recognized an important material in diversion projects around the world. As typical coastal area, Taizhou city, located southeast China, close East China Sea. In this study, benefits of utilization project are estimated, and both field monitoring numerical simulation executed demonstrate improvements local plain river network quantity quality.
