The optimization problems are becoming more complicated, requiring new and efficient techniques to solve them. Many bio-inspired meta-heuristic algorithms have emerged in the last decade these complex as most of may be trapped into local optima could not effectively all types problems. Hence, researchers still trying develop better algorithms. This paper introduces a novel biologically-based algorithm called circulatory system-based (CSBO). CSBO is modeled based on function body's blood vessels with two distinctive circuits, i.e. pulmonary systemic circuits. proposed tested wide variety functions real world validated standard results indicate that successfully achieves optimal solutions avoids optima.
