In the context of rapid urbanization, public spaces in traditional villages face challenges such as material ageing, loss characteristics, and functional decline. The scientific objective assessment quality these is crucial for sustainable development villages. Panoramic images, an important source spatial data, combined with deep learning technology, can objectively quantify characteristics However, existing research has paid insufficient attention to evaluation at micro-scale, often relying on questionnaires interviews, which makes it difficult meet needs planning construction. This study constructs system villages, taking national-level Fangshan District Beijing example, based field research, using panoramic images automatically extract features a combination Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) methods determine weights indicators applying Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method evaluate found that Nanjiao Village Grade I; Shuiyu Liulinshui Village, III; Heilongguan IV there still much room improvement general. results match well public’s subjective perceptions, R2 value 0.832, proving constructed high degree accuracy. provides basis effective tool planning, design, management helps decision-makers better protect utilize them.
