The objective of this current work was to explore whether modification the diagnostic criteria upon publication fifth edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Mental Disorders (DSM-5) impact COVID-19 pandemic had influenced sociodemographic profiles mental health admissions. For that purpose, we designed an observational, longitudinal, retrospective study data recorded in discharge reports Brief Hospitalization Unit at Castellon (Spain), between January 2006 December 2021. sample consisted 7,037 participants, with a mean age 42.1 years. admissions, number women, presentation affective disorders, addictions, dementias all increased significantly during DSM-5 period. Beyond diagnoses, reduction readmissions before could be attributed use long-acting injectable antipsychotics. Objectives To quantify access to health services during the COVID-19 pandemic and measure change in use between prepandemic periods a population with assessment of psychological distress or diagnosis mental disorders. Although bedtime procrastination is prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic, little known about relationship between related emotional stress and procrastination. Therefore, we investigated correlation examined mediating role of negative affect moderating rumination among Chinese college students.A multicenter, cross-sectional, quantitative research was conducted in China from August 11, 2021, to 27, pandemic. Abstract Background Since the first months of 2020, Italy and world have been facing COVID-19 pandemic. Resilience has been reported to be a protective psychological variable of mental health; however, little is known about its role in COVID-19 survivors. Thus, this study, we aimed evaluate the levels depression, anxiety, stress, traumatic impact, and resilience associated with COVID-19, as well investigate moderating variable. A sample 253 participants responded an online survey; all were previously diagnosed by nasopharyngeal swab RT-PCR test, older than 18 years, signed informed consent form. Significant negative correlations found between health variables. Higher was significantly related lower impact event, depression when number symptoms low. Only duration short medium or high distress reduced. Moreover, moderated effects on health, even if relapse occurred. Treatments for mental health problems in childhood and adolescence have advanced the last 15 years. Despite advances research, most of evidence on effective interventions comes from high-income countries, while is scarce low- middle-income countries (LMICs), where 90% world's children adolescents live. The aim this review was to identify evidence-based tested LMICs treat or prevent child adolescent problems. We conducted a systematic seven major electronic databases, January 2007 July 2019. included randomised non-randomised clinical trials that evaluated aged 6 18 years living who had, were at risk developing, one more Results grouped according studied conditions. Purpose:

Many patients delayed health care during COVID-19. We assessed the extent to which managing multiple chronic conditions (MCC) in first months of pandemic, reasons for delay, and impact delay on patient-reported physical behavioral (BH) outcomes.

Methods:

As part a large clinical trial conducted April 2016–June, 2021, primary MCC were surveyed about symptoms functioning. Surveys administered between September 3, 2020, March 16, included questions any medical BH since Multivariable linear regression was used assess outcomes as function status.

Results:

Among who care, 58% more than once. those 63% Participants times tended be younger, female, unmarried, reported food, financial, housing insecurities worse health. COVID-19 pandemic may have affected youth's mental wellbeing. Youth admissions for health emergencies over the 2-year period following outbreak (March 2020-February 2022) were compared to those occurring in same of 2018-2020, with reference individual and clinical data.
